Starting September 1, 2013, patients will receive a billing statement from the Health Center.
 
We now accept Visa and Mastercard or debit cards.
 
Patients are responsible for all amounts that are not paid by insurance.*
 

*If you have a medical card, please make sure your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is listed as the Knox Community Health Center BEFORE your appointment. To change your PCP, call this number: 1-877-912-1999.
